Sarfat has 2 staff members working in the Sarfat office in Kraaifontein, situated at the Dutch Reformed Church Kraaifontein. They are:

•  Ina Van der Walt – Administrative Assistant
• Clemont van der Velde - Chairman

At the Child sponsorship programme we have the following staff member:

• Pumla Antony – Child sponsorship program coordinator
• Mieta Mcanda - HIV Councellor
